Joni Hickey has 15 years experience in sales and marketing and has spent the past two years as a Marketing Manager in an assisted living community where she developed a life-long passion for serving seniors and their families.  She has spent years expanding her knowledge of senior housing and care options to become a valuable resource to the Rogue Valley community.  Joni lives in Medford with her husband and three children.  Her own personal journey has extended her efforts into leading caregiver support groups as well.
