Meet our Administrators:
Jim Digerness, Area Operations Manager
Jim Digerness joined the Radiant Senior Living team February 2012 as Executive Director at our sister community in Jacksonville, Oregon, Pioneer Village. He is extremely organized and professional. Jim holds an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management and is continuing his education in Hospitality Management and Nutrition. Jim has an extensive background in daily operations in Assisted Living and Memory Care. He was also directly involved with all aspects of sales and marketing. He has spent the past fifteen years working with seniors from the community level to adult daycare programs. Jim loves living in the Rogue Valley and working closely with the senior population.
Jim is currently the Area Operations Manager for the Southern Oregon Radiant Senior Living communities, offering oversight and experience to our teams.
Sam Bolling, General Manager
Sam Bolling has recently joined our team as the General Manager at Barnett Woods. He brings with him over fifteen years of experience in the Retirement/Assisted Living industry. Sam is a team builder, skilled in marketing, progam evaluation and development. Sam is focused on quality of service.
Locally educated, Sam has a Masters of Science in Human Services and Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, both from Southern Oregon University.
In his free time Sam enjoys time with his family, fishing and antique cars.
